Procedure (4 steps)
Prepare your proxy’s information: their National Voter Number (NNE) + their date of birth + last name(s), first name(s), date/place of birth + voting municipality
Make the request online: maprocuration.gouv.fr
or you can also make the proxy request directly in person (step 3)
Have your identity verified at a gendarmerie / police station (in France) or at the consulate (if you are abroad)

You will be informed as soon as the proxy vote is processed.
